Taite makes the Call

5-foot-11 former Sayreville star Corey Taite has made his college plans. Taite has decided to attend D-2 Goldey Beacom.

Taite spent this season as a post grad playing for the Robinson School.

As a senior he averaged 15.6 ppg and was a Star Ledger 2nd Team Middlesex County choice and a Home News & Tribune 2nd Team All Area selection.

As a junior he averaged 14.2 ppg with 40 treys. He was a Home News & Tribune Honorable Mention All Area pick, Star Ledger 2nd Team All Junior Middlesex County choice and 1st Team All GMC White Division designee by the coaches.

As a sophomore he registered 10.3 ppg and 5.4 apg with 36 treys.

He was ranked among NJ Hoops top 25 postgrads this season and coming out of high school he was ranked among NJ Hoops top 130 seniors.
