6-foot-8 Robinson School postgrad Shaleek Saunders has made his college pick. Saunders will attend the University of West Alabama.
Saunders played his high school ball at Far Rockaway HS in NY where he averaged 8.4 ppg and 9.6 rpg.
This season at Robinson he averaged 8 ppg, 8 rpg and 3 bpg.
Saunders will enroll this semester and begin play immediately.
Saunders will join former Robinson School student athlete Aaron Cobb at UWA. Shaleek is the 8th TRS student athlete to commit to a college.
